RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns - If an item is found unsuitable it can be returned to us within 7 days (ONLY) of purchase. Products must be returned in original condition with no damages. Please carefully inspect items before purchase as we do not take responsibility for damages made outside of the store. Please inform us immediately of any damage found before purchases made in store.
Online Returns - If you've made a purchase online (homewares or accessories) and have come to find the product unsuitable once received please contact us within 3 days by phone or email, and send it back to us within 7 days with your receipt for a refund or exchange, please send all returns to:

Requested exchanges are all down to availability of stock. For the option of an exchange your item must be complete in its original packaging and/or in the condition it was sent in, with all original tags and in its original sellable condition (unused/unwashed). The customer is responsible for all fees and charges that come with returning the item to our store, online returns can be made in store with a full receipt.
Damages & Claims - Please carefully inspect your item(s) when receiving, and before you sign the delivery receipt. If any damages have been found please inform the carrier and note on their paperwork. Sandali Home is not responsible for any damages made to products once they've left our store. All items are checked before they're dispatched. If damages are found before dispatch customers will be informed and given the options of a refund, or exchange.
You will not incur an additional fee when you use Laybuy as your payment method however if you wish to return a purchase made using Laybuy a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover services fees incurred from Laybuy Limited. This 5% Fee is inclusive of GST and will be deducted from the total purchase cost of the items being returned.
This fee will not be incurred if you wish to exchange your return.
Laybuy operates as its own company and any payment queries are to be directed to them.
